Adele views yoga as an incredible opportunity for self-study and a pathway to physiological and physical strength. To her practicing yoga is a beautiful connection with her inner-self, while teaching yoga is a beautiful connection with others.

Adele loves to teach and is honoured every time she steps onto her mat to have the opportunity to lead others through their practice. She projects positivity, motivation and creativity in her invigorating classes, which are a fusion of mindfulness and movement.

Adele has 500 hrs YTT training in vinyasa, power and pre-natal yoga.
