About

Antonia is a Yoga Teacher with 650 hours of Yoga trainings and additional training in healing modalities (Reiki and Sound Healing Therapy), Psychology BSc and Holistic Coaching (DCI). Her Yoga journey began in London 12 ago during a period of disconnection and difficulty. Yoga became an introduction to the Self and opportunity honor the body, connect to the breath and calm the chaos of the mind. Since then, it has been her anchor when navigating life, helping her find grounding in the face of its unavoidable challenges.

After a decade working in Education, Antonia swapped teaching in the classroom for teaching in the Yoga Studio, aiming to facilitate a practice of mindful movement and deep self-connection. Her aim is to facilitate a practice where students leave each class with a renewed sense of physical, emotional and soul-level wellbeing. Where they can tune out the external world to tune into their internal one, to connect to the wisdom of the body rather than the noise of the mind.

Her background in education helps her confidently deliver creative, anatomy focused sequences with breath integration, careful cues and progressive modifications to help students of all levels progress safely in their asana practice. Her sessions are thoughtfully curated and mindfully sequenced around a particular theme to create an “sensory experience” for all students through movement, breath, sound and mindful meditation.
