Amelia was taken to her first yoga class 7 years ago, and instantly found her passion. She became hooked on how energized and positive she felt after each practice, she decided to take the step and dive into the world of yoga full time.
She believes that yoga is for everyone, as it works on the flexibility and strength and is accessible for all levels. She has progressed into the Fitness industry and is also a Barre instructor and has pilates training, she loves to combine all 3 formats into her classes, that create a juicy and spicy flow. She believes finding the mind body connection is one of the main aspects of any exercise. She teaches with flow and ease, but loves to combine her classes with upbeat music and add in challenging poses or sequences so that students can do the best they can! She is also obsessed with anything to do with female hormones, healthy lifestyle tips, exercise & gut health and is always looking to learn more.
Yoga helps her grow stronger, more flexible, fearless both on and off the mat. She will always be a student of the practice and deeply grateful for the loving wisdom that yoga has shown her, and to be able to share her knowledge and skills with everyone gives her great joy. She can’t wait to see you on the mat!
