About
Michelle was born and raised in South Africa. Her yoga journey started in 2009 and it has been a powerful influence in her life on and off the mat.
Her love of yoga took her to India and Bali multiple times to practice Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, philosophy, pranayama and meditation.
She strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and her main goal is to spread the benefits of this beautiful ancient practice.
